We need the address where the Padel Court/s is/are going to be installed mainly for the calculation of the transport costs to your final destination in case it goes by truck, or to your closest seaport in case it goes by container load.
Add also some additional information about the access like: - How far is the place of installation from the road? This will help us to assist you better.

TERRAIN CATEGORIES

INDOOR: For Indoor this is not relevant and just select INDOOR.
OUTDOOR: Every Outdoor-Padel Court is permanently exposed to all the environmental actions during the whole year and consequently your Padel Courts would need to be resistant to rain, snow and wind. The terrain category of your location will help us to classify the strength of your Padel Court(s). Please make your choice as accurate as possible. (+info)

Sea or coastal area exposed to open sea. Lakes or flat and horizontal area with negligible vegetation and without obstacles. Area with low vegetation such as grass and isolated obstacles (trees, buildings) with separation of at least 20 obstacle height. Area with regular cover of vegetation or building or with isolated obstacle with separation of maximum 20 obstacle heights (such as village, suburban terrain, permanent forest). Area in which at least 15 % of the surface is covered with buildings and their average height exceeds 15 m.

APPLICATION

We have different models of Padel Courts. The application determines which model is the best option for you and your project. You can see the different models in the Padel Courts section of our website. If nothing special is required, we offer the following models:

INDOOR
- Mod. BASIC PRO - for an installation Indoor.
- Mod. PANORAMIC - As Center Court for an installation Indoor.
- Mod. PANORAMIC WPT - WPT stays for World Padel Tour. With this model, all glass pannels are 3x2m in size compared to the Mod. PANORAMIC. This offers you a highly interesting design and professional touch to your indoor project. Rest of the structure is the same as Mod. PANORAMIC.

OUTDOOR
- Mod. PREMIUM - for an installation Outdoor. Structurally calculated as per EUROCODE. We provide Structural Analysis Report if needed when ordering. More information about Structural Strength see here: Windloads on Padel Courts
- Mod. PANORAMIC PRO - This is the reinforced version of the Mod. PANORAMIC WPT and can only be installed in protected locations with low wind loads.

PS:
For indoor projects and with mixed models, simply specify the number of padel courts you need and under comments, and mention how many padel courts should be considered as center courts. If the project includes indoor courts and outdoor courts, we recommend filling out the form twice, as the configurations and requirements are usually much different.

These are the most common colours for the Steel structure. If your preference is to have a specific colour, please add this information in the "Notes" field below by also specifiying the required colour, by using RAL or Pantone Colour Coding System.

INDOOR installations
In most cases "No doors - open on both sides.

OUTDOOR installations
All options are possible. Usually doors on 1 single side, however we also recommend adding doors on the the other side of the Padel Court. It makes easier and more confortable collecting the balls around the Padel Court. The doors will be delivered with the possibility to be locked with a key.

ARTIFICIAL GRASS

These are the most popular colours and used in 99% of the cases. The colour scheme depends heavily on how it fits in the place where the Padel Courts are going to be installed.

TURF QUALITY

×

Fibrillated artificial grass is very common and is also very popular among players. The sand works significantly better on fibrillated turf and creates after a very short time an optimal playing surface.

The monofilament artificial grass is more durable, and has a surcharge. The sand takes much longer to go into the fibers for an optimal playing surface. It is less susceptible to hardening, if not properly maintained on outdoor installations.

NOTE: Both solutions need to be brushed regularly.

TEXTURED TURF (NEW!)

Artificial turf systems with textured filaments (crimped) allow intensive use, optimal cushioning and achieve a long lasting life even with reduced care.

The textured structure perfectly encapsulates the silica sand as a stabilizing sand and ensures a constant volume. The recommended silica sand filling for this solution is only approx. 7-8 kg/m2. In conventional fibrillated and monofilament solutions, the silica sand amount is 15 kg/m2.

The textured artificial turf is also the one used in the WORLD PADEL TOUR.
The small amount of silica sand also contributes to the fact that the floor gains significantly in slip resistance. For the players, this also means more security in the game. The game is not affected. The bounce in the ball is excellent right from the start and immediately after installation on all points of the surface. Since there is no friction with the sand, the field as well as the balls have a longer life span. In addition, the visual appearance is perfect and it has a very homogeneous and intense color throughout the playing field. Available only in blue and green and it has a surcharge.

IMPORTANT ADVANTAGE FOR MAINTENANCE
Another BIG advantage is that you skip the usual and regular maintenance work to redistribute the sand over the surface.See pictures on the left.

LED-FLOODLIGHTS

OUTDOOR INDOOR
Please check whether the area where the Padel Courts are to be set up is adequately lit with your floodlights system. If this is the case, the Padel Courts can go "without lighting". However, if you need light, you can consider a lighting system on the Padel Court. On Outdoor-installations the electrical wiring is carried out by laying corrugated pipes in the foundation. The power points are then precisely specified in the foundation plan.
 If the hall lighting is not sufficient, you have the option of adding some more LED spotlights to the hall ceiling. This saves you the lighting on the padel court. However, if you prefer lighting on the padel court, we can supply the appropriate lighting and the appropriate mounting system. On Indoor installations, just pull a cable from the ceiling or side to one of the LED spotlights and the electrician can electrically connect the remaining LED spotlights. The hall height should ideally be min. 8 meters.
There are different mounting options. The LED spotlights on the padel court are always installed at a height of 6 meters. The options straight, angled, flattened (cornered) or curved lighting masts . The straight lighting pillars are the cheapest and are also easier to install. The individual light levels are shown below:

Top-level national and international competitions (non-televised) with requirements for spectators with potentially long viewing distances. Same as on World Padel Tour (WPT). Mid-level competition, such as regional or local club tournaments. This generally involves medium-sized numbers of spectators with average viewing distances. High-level training may also be included in this class. (Best seller for normal operation) Low-level competition, such as local or small club tournaments. General training, school sports and recreational activities also fall into this class.

LED-Lighting pillars

Here you have the option to select: "Straight mast" and "Curved mast". The graphic shows the difference. The straight mast is the classic option, but if you like the curved mast and in addition in a different colour scheme, like red or yellow, you can enhance the aesthetic of the Padel Court.
Curved lighting pillars prevent the ball from hitting the fixtures during play.

BALL STOP NETS

Ball stop nets are ideal if you want to reduce the number of balls going to your neighbours, to the field or to the street next to the courts.

The number of Padel Courts depends on the space available in your location and how you would like to run the business.
