Wege, Sitzbereiche, Empfang, Verkehrsfl\u00e4chen). <br \/>&#8211; Notausg\u00e4nge und Fluchtwege auch bei installierten Pl\u00e4tzen weiterhin nutzbar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3) Boden &amp; Verankerung<\/strong> <br \/>&#8211; Dicke, Ebenheit und Zustand der Betonplatte (Risse, Fugen, Gef\u00e4lle). <br \/>&#8211; Ob die Verankerung der Pl\u00e4tze in der Platte zul\u00e4ssig und technisch machbar ist. <br \/>&#8211; Entw\u00e4sserungs- oder Feuchtigkeitsprobleme (aufsteigende Feuchte, Kondensation).<\/p>\n<p><strong>4) Dach &amp; Hallenklima<\/strong> <br \/>&#8211; Zustand des Dachs: Undichtigkeiten, Kondensationsrisiko \u00fcber den Pl\u00e4tzen. <br \/>&#8211; L\u00fcftung und Temperaturregelung f\u00fcr intensive sportliche Nutzung. <br \/>&#8211; Lichtkonzept:
